Through the supply of chip card technologies and systems, such as its Universal Electronic Payment System (U.E.P.S.), Net1 provides alternative payment solutions for populations in developing economies that have no, or limited, access to traditional banking facilities. As local and international partners with NET1, Swiftahas successfully implemented and still supporting Virtual Top-Up (VTU) for MTN Nigeria.


Technology

Our relationship with the VISA, the world's leading mobile financial services platform began in 2008 when we were awarded deployment and support contracts from VISA for all MTN WECA countries, Uganda and Pakistan. Till date we have carried out deployment/implementation and support functions in all these countries except for Pakistan.
